We’re winding down, to the point now where we are organizing everything in our minds to come back to Fresno. We had the grandkids this weekend … (pics to follow). Tonight we had dinner with the kids at the Beach House Cafe in Birch Bay (where else)? I plan on driving to Whidbey Island one day this next week to watch the kids at their swimming lessons … (one last “fix”). This morning at church we heard a very moving sermon. It brought home the message that God truly takes care of us. This week, other than getting ready to go back to Fresno, we will be enjoying a perfect weather week … in the 70’s and warm … I have cultivated all of my lavender to bring home to my dear friends! McKenna helped me do this, and we were amazed at the quantity of lavender that we had from such small and new plants. In spite of our disappointment about leaving, we are anxious to see our family and friends again, which we do miss. On the way back home, we will be stopping in Oregon to look into a factory-direct park model to place on our property in a few years (what’s a park model? Find out here). For now, though, we will leave our trailer here in Washington for the year. Check back soon as I will be posting some new photos soon! … Robin
One more week …
