Lynn was surprised when he was “kidnapped” for a fun day of activities for his 70th birthday!
It started with breakfast at the Dutch Treat, his favorite breakfast spot.
Then, it was time to head South on I-5. Robin requested that he not ask any questions … just do as he was told.
Our first stop was the Alderwood Shopping Center … and the Apple Store. He received an Apple Watch as his gift from Robin. He was so surprised!
Then, he was told to (again) go South on I-5. Google maps directed him to IFly … and an adventure! He thoroughly enjoyed this experience. He has talked about skydiving for years … this was the next best thing!
Robin had wanted to conclude the day with dinner on the Seattle Needle; however, it’s closed for renovation. So, Lynn is taking a rain check for that! Instead, we went to B Town Raw Bar in Bellingham, another favorite spot. We first went there for Evan’s birthday on the day after Christmas.
It was a wonderful day! Lynn said he’s never been surprised like that!
